Equipment returned for calibration or repair does not require an RMA number, just return the equipment to Novatech in adequate packaging. Please include paperwork with your contact details and information on the work required. The more information you can supply about any faults you are experiencing the faster we can handle the problem.

When returning equipment for inspection or repair from outside the European Union please make sure the following information appears on the documentation:
Temporary export - goods being returned to manufacturer for repair.
The invoice value is for customs and insurance purpose only.
Courier information - Please import consignment under Simplified IPR terms CPC 51 00 001 on form C88.
